Question About YouTube Names

I've been wondering lately - is it better to use your Google + name, or your YouTube name?
The way I see it is:
-Google + names don't show up on android.
-YouTube names are easier to remember.
-And Google + names don't give you a unique identity.

And yet YouTube/Google is encouraging me to switch to Google +. Opinions?

i suppose its a preference thing really, i would stick with a youtube name though, i find them easier to remember

I agree! When the thing popped up and asked me if I wanted to change to my real name instead of my username, I was like, ".....and WHY would I want to do that?"

Unless u have a really bad youtubename. Always use your youtube name

In my opinion, I don't use my real name because I feel that it is unsafe, therefor I use my YouTube username.

i always considered this (since i have a unique name)
do you want your videos to come up for rest of your life when somebody searches for your full name on google? job interviews for example.
