I partnered before they did this , so my main channel was partnered originally But don't get me wrong FS is a great community 
They have no view requirements now and to be honest their only requirement, 'quality content', is very easy.. Although they don't accept anyone, it was still a bad move by fs. In my opinion, they are still worth applying for as of now but during your 2 year contract with them things could change dramatically. I don't think you should worry though. Once you've completed the whole partnership process (around a couple weeks) you most likely won't have to talk to your partner manager or support at all
