What she said. I've heard Doug Walker talk about "Copyright Lawyers" in his "Where's the Fair Use" video years ago.
Plus when you're that "big" you tend to get companies wanting you to promote their stuff. Like how Nintendo works with the Completionist aka ThatOneVideoGamer and GameTheory. So they must be copyrighted protected from some of the companies themselves with how big of a fanbase they have. But it's also just my best guess. =\
