Hello send a video of 4GB and is processing to 4 hours and nothing
and this normal?
I'm worried because it took me long to upload this video

will be that it takes so long to process the video ja vai do 5 hours
 
With my upload speed, a 4GB file would take me about 20 - 24 hrs, wouldn't even consider uploading that :)

But as people have said, it will process after a while
 
IIRC it only takes 2-4 hours to process a 6GB video for me. If there are smaller resolutions available, but not the higher ones yet then just wait. If you don't even have a 360p version yet then it's screwed for sure.

Recently I have had uploads permanently stuck on 'processing'. Unfortunately I think you will have to reupload.
