Problems with video quality..

Hey guys i recently returned to youtube to make videos again but ive been having trouble with quality..

My latest video the audio is terrible ( im getting a blue yeti so no need for feedback there) and for some reason i record in OBS, edit in movie maker ( all i can afford ) and when its uploaded the quality is TERRIBLE.

Okay, when you record inn ob, what's your bitrate? Also you don't have to AFFORD an editing program. I suggest you go on pirate bay and type in sony vegas and invest some time in that!
