problem with fullscreen

They have to wait on YouTube to update the data then update it in the dashboard. That said, if it goes past 7 days (YouTube's stated maximum timeframe), then you should start a support ticket because there could be another issue at work. Support can then determine if it's still related to YouTube or resolve appropriately. :)

No, sorry... wasn't clear. Support ticket with Fullscreen (support AT fullscreen DOT net) so they can look into it and decide if it's still a general YouTube thing or related to that specific account and a dashboard issue and advise.
