Problem Resolved

The manager happens to have known the Monstercat owners since highschool, they graduated together, what I mean by licenses is just having permission to use music, and Monstercat mentioned to him that its possible that partners of the network can get permission for using their music. I am not biased/closed in with this network at all, but all I am wondering is when I will get a response, and why, so I can decide what I am going to do, at the current state, as you know, I have already sent in a application, so its not like I should send one in with another at the same time lol, I just want to get a response, though I'm new to this and hope you experts would have an idea about whats going on.

With respect if you're so close to the top dog at this network why not just contact him and ask him to poke the right people to get on with it? :)

A music network will not have gaming licenses.... meaning you will not allowed to earn money off of games....

I know right? haha, unfortunately, as he is also a manager, not just my friend, he will have to be fair to every applicant, and its probably wrong that I would have a better chance because I know him. Also, in the end, Fullscreen makes all the decisions regarding my partnership, so since their one of the biggest partnership networks, I doubt they will take in any higher consideration then any other applicant.

But surely he can at least answer your question as to why there is a delay? He doesn't have to DO anything just tell you why. That's not unfair to anyone else. :)

This is what he quoted, "I’m excited to announce that Monstercat has hired me as their A&R Manager for the new and improved Fullscreen YouTube network, EDM Spotlight! The network is not limited to music – I can offer partnerships within Gaming, Graphics, Editing and other forms of media." I know its weird that this is primarily a music network, but now they have expanded into not just music, but any forms of media, he also mentioned how roughly I would get paid, and has had meetings with Fullscreen regarding this topic. After he discussed with them, he is now allowed to offer partnerships in any of those topics, and I can show you examples of gaming channels that have been partnered, and being paid. Also btw, just spoke to him now, Monstercat is apparently no longer with BBTV

Nice that they`ve moved to Fullscreen, well the network I work with deals with gamers and designers that doesn`t mean we can`t partner any other channels but we can`t give them nearly as much benefits..

Another day passes, no response, sigh, I wonder whats going on. You happen to know if this may be a problem? The manager said that it can take as long as 3 months to do a Youtube to Fullscreen CMS (Content Management System) transfer, and he mentioned the reason it may be taking so long is because, even though I had never bothered with monetization, (which by the way for this network I need to have mine disabled and apply) and had not one single video monetized, on my actual channel settings, for some reason, Monetization was enabled, and I came to attention of it about 4 days ago and disabled it in my channel settings, is this right? Is this maybe the reason it could be taking so long? Also if you do know, please feel free to maybe explain to me what exactly a typical partnership network does and a possible reason its delayed, thanks!

3 months seems way to long, it should take 3 weeks at most if monetization wasn`t enabled 72 hours at most ;)

Yep, thats what I thought, though he only said it can take up to it, I doubt it will be that long in anyones situation, and he said I had to make sure monetization was disabled, and apparently I had it enabled until about 4 days ago when I disabled it from my channel. I didnt have an adsense account or monetized any of my videos, though like I said in my channel settings it was enabled, so I disabled it. He said I will be paid through paypal not adsense so thats why. I hope now that its been 4 days since I disabled it, I get a response very soon.
