Problem monetizing my videos! Please help!

We had some issues seeing our ads playing when we first signed up-it seemed like we could only see pop ups and never a preroll ad, but it didn't seem to affect revenue. Give it some time. It might take a few days to serve the correct ads for your region.

I uploaded a video today and set it to unlisted as a test. Surprise. It shows ads. This is the first i upload since the partnership. So it's just the old vids that don't show ads. Could it be because i recently changed them from music to entertainment?

We had the opposite issue with old videos showing ads and new ones not showing ads

But the problem got solved, right? In how much time?

Another question... My adsense account still gives acces and authorization to youtube as a third party. Shoul i disable YT's acces or it doesn't matter? I know it's not monetizing views anymore but could it make any difference if i push the disable button?

I disabled YT's acces just for fun. Still no ads in the vids i uploaded before the partnership. I guess i'll just have to wait.

Our issue was solved in about a week. Not sure on your Adsense question. Ours was unlinked from our account, so we havent messed with any settings.
