Premium Channels

Today I heard about Premium Channels I'm not sure if anyone knows what those are but basically Youtube will be turning the site into a site based around channels that are created by Hollywood people. From what I've heard all featured videos will be from these channels. Have you guys heard anything about this channels and what do you think?

I may not have all the details, I'm sure there are some things I'm missing.

And I'm not sure how I feel about it. There will be big youtubers on there, but also hollywood channels. I think there's a big chance they'll take away from the community side of youtube and make it even harder than it already is to move up in status on youtube.
