Yes, most networks don`t require an Adsense account.
But when your Adsense account is disabled it`s YouTube`s way of saying "never partner this channel he has done bad activities"
 
But there are still some networks that don't really care about that? If there are any gaming networks like that could someone please say so. :)

No Networks would care if your AdSense was previously disabled - However, YouTube doesn't allow the Networks to even invite the channel. It's blacklisted for good.

Appeal using the link in your email from them. If they reject it, that's it.
 
I'm just glad my adsense did not banned like this. I monetized my gameplay video but for one day and I found the info in youtube then YTtalk about partnereship and stuff. Goodluck getting back your adsense 'cause I seen so many that can't take it back and create a new channel

You make it sound like you can negotiate with these networks and change their minds. That is irrelevant. They have absolutely no say in the matter, YouTube will stop them if they try to partner you. You only have two options: try to appeal google to reinstate your adsense account, or make a new channel and start from scratch. There is nothing else you can do.

You can reopen it. But not everyone is lucky enough to get their adsense accounts back. The same thing happened to me when some jealous low life click-bombed me. I emailed YouTube and was able to get my full partnership back within days of it being closed down.
