paypal account "NOT CLAIMED" issue

This is my experience: your're partnered with zoomintv, you won't be using adsense anymore, you will be using google analytics which you can access it from your youtube account.

I had a adsense account before when I was partnered with google itself, but once I sign up with zoomintv, I was using the google analytics instead, they are both separate 'accounts'. Also you won't get to withdraw any money from adsense unless you pass the $100 threshold. I personally never make it pass that amount with my adsense. Instead in google analytics, which zoomintv pay you, the threshold is $1 which goes straight to your paypal account. So I personally have some money that's stuck in adsense which I will never see, which I don't really care anymore since zoomintv pays me way more amount compared to google and I get the money if I make over $1, instead of the google's $100 threshold.

When you signed up to zoomintv, you provide them with a paypal account that you should have created before signing up.
Zoomintv should pay you two months after you are partnered with them. You can check how much you earn in your youtube analytics. Also make sure some of your videos are claimed, else you won't earn anything.

So for example, if you sign up and became a partner in June, (in which you should received a email from zoomintv that you are now a partner and have provided a paypal account if successfully accepted), you should get your first payment in the first 2 weeks of august. Then you should get paid monthly after that but it's based on the amount of money you make 2 months before, so the next payment is in September but based on july's monetise views.

Paypal should sent you a email telling you that zoomintv has pay you 'some amount' into your account if you did get a payment from them.

If you want to withdraw/transfer the money in your paypal account to a bank account, you do that within your paypal account by yourself (nothing to do with zoomingames), There some step within paypal to do so, paypal should will sent 2 different small amounts to your bank account, in which you need to check your bank account and provided the exact amount of money paypal sent to your bank account to verify that its the correct bank account. After that it should be all good.

I have set my currency in paypal to AUD cause that where I'm from, but zoomintv will pay you in USD, paypal should convert the amount automatically but you would still maintain it in USD unless you transfer it to your bank account.

I personally never seen the 'Not Claimed' issue, but that sounds to me that your videos may not be claimed, in which you won't get paid. (make sure you claim your videos in the actual video settings in your youtube account).

For my experience, once I was partnered with zoomintv, there was no more money going into my adsense account, instead 'the amount I made' (not paid yet) is shown in google analytics. You don't need to create a analytics account as there is one that should have been assign to you already when you partnered with zoomintv, just log into your youtube account and click on the analytics button to see how much you have earned(not paid). You check your paypal acount to see how much you actually get paid for real.

In your case, do check if your adsense is actually getting any money since you partnered, if there is no change, that means the money you are earning from zoomintv is in google analytics, not adsense, and you won't be taking out the money in adsense unless you already passsed the $100 threshold before signing up with zoomintv, since they pay through paypal instead. Do note the amount you get paid for real in the google analytics is 80% of the estimate earnings for the month that is in question. Also paypal do takes about 2% off this amount, then there is the exchange rate from the paid USD to whatever currency you set your paypal account to. For example if your estimate earnings is $100 for june, and its currently in the first 2 weeks of august, you will get $80 from zoomintv to your paypal, paypal will take about 2% off that amount which leaves your real total to around $78.40 USD. Then there's the exchange rate to your currency type.

I personally didn't care about the tiny amount of money I made in adsense since i was not able to monetise most of my videos anyway since I do gaming videos, hence the reason I partnered with zoomintv so I could monetise my gaming videos. Once partnered, all future earnings went to analytics, and the real money goes to paypal. My adsense is left there with my unpaid earnings and I can use it again if I ever quit partnership from zoomintv and when back with google, then future monetisation earnings go back to adsense, I don't know if analytics will remain in my account if i quit zoomintv as I originally never had analytics till i was partnered with zoomintv. but if analytics remained, it will be linked to adsense.

Adsense is run by google, meaning google pays you directly from there, since zoomintv is now paying you, you get your money sent to paypal, with analytics to check how much you earn. But you can always email zoomintv about payment through adsense instead if you really want, but I'm not sure if they will allow or if its possible.

Also when you were partnered with zoomintv and you received the approval email, there should have been links in the email to a bunch of important PDF documents that you should have read that tells you about zoomintv's monetisation, claiming videos, copyright, payment and so on.

I hope this clear things up.
