This is my experience: your're partnered with zoomintv, you won't be using adsense anymore, you will be using google analytics which you can access it from your youtube account.
I had a adsense account before when I was partnered with google itself, but once I sign up with zoomintv, I was using the google analytics instead, they are both separate 'accounts'. Also you won't get to withdraw any money from adsense unless you pass the $100 threshold. I personally never make it pass that amount with my adsense. Instead in google analytics, which zoomintv pay you, the threshold is $1 which goes straight to your paypal account. So I personally have some money that's stuck in adsense which I will never see, which I don't really care anymore since zoomintv pays me way more amount compared to google and I get the money if I make over $1, instead of the google's $100 threshold.
When you signed up to zoomintv, you provide them with a paypal account that you should have created before signing up.
Zoomintv should pay you two months after you are partnered with them. You can check how much you earn in your youtube analytics. Also make sure some of your videos are claimed, else you won't earn anything.
So for example, if you sign up and became a partner in June, (in which you should received a email from zoomintv that you are now a partner and have provided a paypal account if successfully accepted), you should get your first payment in the first 2 weeks of august. Then you should get paid monthly after that but it's based on the amount of money you make 2 months before, so the next payment is in September but based on july's monetise views.
Paypal should sent you a email telling you that zoomintv has pay you 'some amount' into your account if you did get a payment from them.
If you want to withdraw/transfer the money in your paypal account to a bank account, you do that within your paypal account by yourself (nothing to do with zoomingames), There some step within paypal to do so, paypal should will sent 2 different small amounts to your bank account, in which you need to check your bank account and provided the exact amount of money paypal sent to your bank account to verify that its the correct bank account. After that it should be all good.
I have set my currency in paypal to AUD cause that where I'm from, but zoomintv will pay you in USD, paypal should convert the amount automatically but you would still maintain it in USD unless you transfer it to your bank account.
I personally never seen the 'Not Claimed' issue, but that sounds to me that your videos may not be claimed, in which you won't get paid. (make sure you claim your videos in the actual video settings in your youtube account).
