I believe to claim a PayPal they pay small amounts into your bank and you have to confirm the date and the amount with your paypal. That's all I can think is wrong anyway.

I think you have to verify your paypal account. Don't really know how to do that anymore. Maybe linking a bank account, or updating your personal information with phone number etc.

i have already confirmed it. when google did its test they put in 42 cents and i confirmed that amount

But paypal doesn't have anything to do with Google.

i also dont have verfied my paypal but thats because i dont have a bank account but since when is it a requiment to verifie it? paypal can be perfectly used without a bank account so i dont understand it?

This may sound really stupid but verify the account they have as your PP acc. It's
A) They sent it in another currency other than your own and you must accept it
B) They sent it to a non-existing PP account/email and it hasn't been claimed onto the PP account

What I would do if I were you is check the email that you registered the Paypal account with and see if you can claim it. Normally they'll email you the claim. If not, double check the PP account the network has on list.
