So I want to know what this is, I've seen it on a lot of partnership descriptions and such you-tubers talk about it but never explain it. So can someone tell me what this means when it comes to partnerships

It means you`ll only get paid on reaching that amount,
so a 100$ threshold is a rip-off for smaller channels because it will take ~150,000 views on average before you`ll get paid.
Most of the networks I`ve been in have had no payout threshold (Vultra, ZoominTV, ForelaDigital) meaning that I got payed out every month no matter what I made.
