Pause Viewing History Button

Anyone seen the new button next to where you can clear it? I only noticed it before, does it even work as clicking it doesnt seem to give you much feedback as to whether it is working or not.

I thought that it would do the same but it doesn't seem to work and clicking it doesn't let you know if anything has even changed

Yah it doesn't seem to be functional yet.
