Patnership Question

I was just wondering, how old do you have to be to become a partner to a network? I'm asking this because I was thinking about applying to SocialBlade. Thanks.

Yeah, most networks allow you to be 13 or higher.

It depends on the network. You have to be 13 to have a Youtube account within Youtube's ToS, so most networks probably abide by that rule. If you are under 18, then your parent/guardian will have to sign the contract with you giving consent.

there are partners that are definitely younger than 18, which they allow pending on approval from parents :]

Not really an age restriction, if you make good content, there is always a way to get partnered.
Some cases you only need your parent's consent and email address to give to the partner company
