Usually you only grant the 'Network' a non-exclusive commercial licence and you will be promoted on the upload of your video within the description, annotations etc.
Nothing to lose being a Director
Becoming a partner with a Network is another story though.
From the sound of that partnerships must be a little bit of a hassle. I like simplicity
