Partnerships For Smaller Channels?

I've Got It
So i've seen a lot of channels, smaller than mine even, that are partnered or atleast have custom thunbnails somehow. I want a partnership, what should i apply for. Is there any other way to obtain custom thumbnails other than partnership?
 
RPM are really easy to get in. They have really small requirements. But if I were you I'd wait until you grow your channel. I applied with 95subs and I make about $15 a month :/

15$ for making YouTube vids is not that bad..Lol i just want Custom thumbnails to pull more viewers
 
Yup enable Monetization i think you can also confirm your account with ur cell as well i did to one channel i had and it got me custom thumbnails with still motorizatizing of course

You don't immediately get Custom Thumbnails after you've enabled monetization. You will get that feature after 30days of enabling monetization. Conditions also apply that your channel should be good standing along with No copyright or community strikes.

No , they changed it for all new partners :p

I believe YouTube has changed it where you no longer need to wait 30 days. You get it pretty instantly now.

Wait..I do Gaming videos. As i understand you CANT monetize gaming videos with YouTube. You NEED a partnership
