Yeah thats what im trying to do. I have talked to a few people and for TGN I need 500 daily views....and right now I am nowhere near that number.
Although i have set up a schedule for 5 videos a week and I have started on that schedule already.
Does anyone have any ideas on how to get my videos more views the RIGHT way. NO VIEWBOT!
I already post my videos on facebook and twitter and a few popular forums

I did took the Time to take a look at your Video and I really, really would give you the advice to make your Intro shorter (5 Seconds) and also Fullscreen because currently it does look like you did choose the Wrong Resolution when you had added it.
Besides that - Never give up! Even when everyone is telling you to do so - Just try to focus and sooner or later you should start to see an increase in your Views/Subscribers/....

You should definitely stay away from any Tools. Many do underestimate that if you use any Tools to boost your Views at the Beginning and then suddenly drop them while you still don`t have enough on your own Views each Day it could lead to get kicked out of the mentioned Networks you want to apply.
Also there are like Millions YouTube Channels that have like 100.000+ Subscribers but don`t get even enough Views to get sucked at 304 Views each Time they post a new Movie Online. This usually does happen when someone used in the past Tools to increase your Views/Subscribers/...
Trust me when I tell you that every YouTube Channel that I know of that isn`t featured on the bigger Once or by some YouTube Celeb starts at absolutely Zero and every View/Sub you do gain is a hard Fight but it`s worth it if you want to go the right Way.

Are talking about the Tier for Partnership or the benifit to working with YouTube or an External Network ?
I also saw someone said going with YouTube as "Full Partnership Tier 2 or 3 " is quicker, Eh no, YouTube are just as slow with their own Network Partnerships as they are with external Partnerships.

YouTube isn`t slow with there Partnership. Their demands just increased over the last few Years so that you could say that it`s almost impossible to get from them an Full Partnership Ticket and not an "Only Monetize" only.
Networks like Fullscreen, Machinima, ... are able to set up your Channel into an Full Partnership Mode (Not Director!) instant so that you get almost all benefits from an the YouTube Partner Program (Monetize, Thumbnails, Unlimited Gameplay Length,...) and sometimes even more.
I don`t know how many Views you need to join a Network. You should check out their Websites or get in Contact with their Support Team to get an answer for that Question.
