Your views at the moment look decent and recent upload history is looking good. We generally recommend 30 days between applications. When did you get the denial email?

Also, make sure you don't have any copyright issues in your content. That also causes a lot of denials. You should be able to reply to the email and possibly get more info on how to get your channel prepared to re-apply.

I recieved a reply on the 3rd saying I wasn't good enough. Also I checked in my settings and all the copyright stuff was in good standing. I did however send another email asking why but never got one back.
