I know quite a bit about partnerships since I am a recruiter for one myself. Generally, all YouTube partnering networks require a high daily view count, no copyright infringement, and an active subscriber base. You are currently getting 14.6 views per day on average and that is under the amount for every network out there. There are great networks that are for small channels like Social Blade. They partner channels that have 2,500 total video views and at least 84 views per day according to their stat tracking. Your best bet is to go with them since direct partnership with YouTube is horrible. If you are striving to get more noticed, go with bigger networks. For example: Yeousch, Machinima, TGN, and TGS. These are all bigger networks that will get you more exposure but will take more time and effort to get into. Just be patient and take your time until you meet the requirements. Those will be on their individual forums and websites. You can also search on YouTube for more information. Hope I helped!
