So im really interested in the YouTube partnership program but..... I know i need more videos but are their any other requirements?, I don't quite understand can someone explain this to me
 
I'm not entirely sure of all the details myself, the only thing I know is you have to have a boatload of video views.

Plain and simply you need alot of views alot of videos and i think alot of subscribers so yeah try to partner with them again once you have about 1 mil views and atleast 200 vids (My Advice)
 
You have to have a certain number of video views per day (approx. 20-50) and a certain number overall. Also you need to upload content frequently (approx. 2-3 times a week) and have a certain number of subscribers.

And no there isnt and if there is i barely have any views or subs and i have all my videos monetized
