A couple of partners said that it does't get in the way for them since they get fairly high CPM's

It used to be owned by Jake and Oliver (now run VetroENT Network)
Now it`s run by Shawn and Gabriel(CEO and COO of the YDL network) because BP fired those old two for doing a bad job.

Everyone there though is above 20 except for Gabriel(who is mature enough to be 20)... so...
