Not exactly, Fullscreen+VidstatsX have joined up to make a network which is Creator X, you could call that multiple sites, but you can't like go partner will fullscreen then like partner with machinima or something

Okay cool, thanks for the info I'm definatley going to check them out. Quick question by taking a look at my channel do you think it would be best to apply now? Or wait another month or so and gain more of a following?

I would give it a go right now, I have seen people with less get partnered with them they once partnered a person with like 1 video because they liked the video haha
