Partnered but not allowed to have a "banner" on the channel?

I just put in the main ones there`s hundreds of them

I know it's already been answered but the Partner Program changed on April 12, 2012. Any Partners after that date don't have access to additional branding options such as banner, redirecting etc, there is no way to request the features either.
