Partnered but not allowed to have a "banner" on the channel?

Well, I am partner within Youtube (I can monetize), however, I cannot put a banner into my channel. What is the problem?

You're a standard partner. You need to be a networked partner in order to have the full features of Partnership. Literally anyone can be a 'partner' these days (by enabling monetisation), but all that gives you in terms of channel design is custom thumbnails.
 
Oh, alright. I've been monetising for a while now though. I'll try with SocialBlade or something. Thanks for your help, Turner.
