True, and its their fault for all of the confusion. Cant blame people for thinking they are actually partners when they are nothing more than monetization "partners".
 
Before I got partnered I had 6000 subs and 150.000 views / month
After one year, I have now: 30.000 subs and 1.000.000 views/ month

Being in an actual partnership & working hard = profit
