Overall look.

Hmmmm, so this is just my personal opinion (but I guess that's what all feedback is... lol). I think your thumbnails/video pictures look plenty good, there is nothing that needs to be changed there, but I think you should try to get more of a flashier profile picture and channel art. I wouldn't at all say the design itself is bad, but you should try to use bolder colors and give it a nice reflective touch. If you could do that I think it would really improve the look of your channel, I wouldn't say it's bad right now, but I think if you did that it would look really really cool.

That however is just my personal opinion, I hope this helps a little
 
My only suggestion is that your banner and channel icon do not relate to each other at all. They look as if they're different branding. I like your icon for what it is, so try creating a banner that matches accordingly.
