How does one become a Moderator...were you elected? drafted? born into it? I'm new and just curious...Congrads

You can express an interest in becoming one to myself via PM or to one of our Moderators, we then place you on our interested list and when we are choosing potential new staff we check that first. We send a PM to you then asking if you would like to join the team etc
