Every other network gave me a straight answer if asked. I would never sign with a network if they couldn't give me answers to simple straight forward questions.

There is not true answer to that question. Look at your audience retention data on YT. If it is good, your CPM will be good. Simple as that. Socialblade is transparent with everyone. They don't want to give you false information though. CPMs range somewhere from $1-$7
