One, two, three or more per day?

I would suggest you make one a day. There's no reason in working more than that, and burning our your brain before you get popular. Making one video a day for a small channel is way more than enough to impress somebody, and when you gain more followers you can increase your daily amount.
 
Upload once a day, that way you will get the most views on each video. You will also spam people's sub boxes if you upload more than once which might make them annoyed.
 
Because you are a smaller channel, I would not upload more than 2 videos a day. But you should get at least one video per day to get your content out, in order to generate more ways to get subs :) Btw if you want to we can do a video together some time once we get more subs :)
