Unfortunately, all they do is pay you and provide a few visual features (which everyone will be getting soon). This is why many networks only pick already successful channels (e.g. like Fullscreen over 750 views a day required, TGS require over 1,000 views a day and so forth).

I think someone said above me no network will partner you without you agreeing to earn money :(

What she said ^ but if you still want partnership you could donate your revenue to a charity :)
 
Well problem is, of course I could of but im a person who does not believe in what charities really do :)
