Good to hear!! Now that they sent us a contract that is signed by them. does anyone know what is going to happen next or what we need to do?

Once you sign in it and send it back with all your info, they will then have you wait a few days for youtube to unlink your channel from there adsense or whatever even if you dont have it, then rpm sends you a video /channel claiming email, that activates yoru partnership. If you have a support email or one of the employees emails, contact them if you have more questions.
