Am I right in thinking that now you can monetize your vids how YOU want to or do they decide that for you? Do you have custom thumbnails now? Sorry for the noob questions but I'm hoping to get those one day myself

you can monetize them how you want (i.e. choose what ad types)/ And yes you get custom thumbs :]
