Offered fullscreen contract with guildine strike

Then contact support@fullscreen.net. If you're still under contract with Socialblade as you stated, you will not be able to sign with Fullscreen until your contract is up no matter what support says about the guideline strike.
i will leave socialblade because they told me im able to leave at anytime, but i dont want to risk it yet incase im not able to get into another network that why and in the contract at the bottom it says ''George Strompolos, CEO'' you know him? Could he be my partnership manager?

He is not your partner manager. He is the CEO of Fullscreen, so his name is on every contract. Contact support@fullscreen.net and tell them about your guideline strike to see if you will still get in. I don't have access to your application, so I can't advise you to do anything other than to contact support.

are you an partnership manager? is it possible if your able to give me the application? and i did contact fullscreen just got to wait 24 hours for response -.-

I am not a partnership manager. Since you already contacted support, just sit tight and wait for an answer. They'll take care of you :)

So you might as well stay with socialblade for the time being because as you said you don't want to risk things and then you have a community guideline strike on your youtube account so the best i can tell you is to stay with socialblade and you also said you contacted fullscreen support so wait for a response from them you should have got a automated response after you sent the email to the team. They are the ONLY ones who can help you out in depth and give you a clear answer on this matter. The information that Jeff provided you is valuable so take that info into consideration and the only person that is your partner manager with fullscreen is the person who sent you the contract electronically. Hope you understand now you may have to read this over a couple of times.:)
