Sorry for being so skeptical, I would never have imagined a network would have gone out of its way to contact me. Now that I know it's legit, it is quite flattering. :happy:

I REALLY am not trying to be rude or mean in any way. I just thought this was funny/ironic.

If you check out the website, it seems really odd, especially just the main page. What's really got me suspicious is that I don't really feel like my channel is big enough at the moment to warrant seeking out a partnership, and certainly not for partnerships to be seeking out me. This whole thing looks like a scam if you ask me.

It would not make sense to sign to a sub-sub-network. You are going to be loosing 10% right from the start rather than just going directly with the network above them.
 
This is directed at no one specifically. Only speak about facts if you know them to be true; if you just say things without knowing you further complicate peoples questions and the information they are trying to get.

Your offer isn't very good. Channel Flip by default is 120% for medium sized channels and they promote the hell out of you. And nearly everyone beat your offer for our upcoming contract as well.

They pay 120% of adsense money received if you get over a certain amount of views per month (it's around 400-500k). That's why so many people are with them. It's a pretty easy view count to achieve and it's likely better pay than any other outlet.
