I think all revenue from any ads placed on Nintendo games goes to them. I don't think they take much down. Pokemon stays up because I believe the Game Freak/Sho Pro own the rights to that. I'm not sure about other Nintendo games.

I am doing a legend of zelda let's play, and I think is because I'm with a partnership they allow us to do old nintendo games let's play but newer ones nope.

I think since WiiU is new they would attack there cause well, people are going to search to see them more and they want to get money so yeah... that's how I see it.
