New Top Posters in our sidebar

I Love YTtalk
I have added a new Top Posters block in our sidebar at the bottom to give some recognition to those with the most posts here. It currently shows eight members and I will have it showing 16 as the forum grows some more. When you hover an avatar it tells you their post count too.

Hope you all like the addition :)
