Shane, out of curiosity, what's your company's current valuation? I can't seem to find it. Also, curious if you're seed funded, or cashflow-positive. I'm just not with any network presently, so I'm interested in investigating these sorts of things.

It`s not set up as a Company yet :| Im`going to form it as a Private Limited Company during the summer.
It`s worth 300$ worth or two websites :p and like 50$ of advertising :D

Oh. I assumed if you were the CEO, it meant you were incorporated. Are you operating as a sole-proprietor then? Or as a contractor for a holding company?

Nothings official yet, company wise, but in a month or two it should be :p

Still a good network with like 25 happy partners in a week that we do more for than other networks :p You don`t have to keep trying to show us up...

Hello there! ( CreativeNation ) is a proprietary network branching off from an MCN. They find quality applicants, sign them and keep a partial revenue share.
Its very simple. I hope this clears it out.

**On a side note, they are doing incredibly well.

I'm not remotely trying to show you up. I don't have a network. I don't have the 1.5 million monetized views :p

I'm curious as to how you're operating (i.e. taking in revenue) without being an established entity. Unless you're not reporting your taxes, are you operating as a sole proprietor, or as an employee for another company?

We don`t get our first Payment until July, by which time we`ll be a company...
But we`re only a VN of Kamran Sankey `s MCN :p

We just do the support, providing branding, picking the revshare/contract lenght, the contracts etc
We don`t do the partner payments or the actual CMS linking :p

So how do you pay your partners if you dont get payed until july D:
 
ghostlyrich If a channel was partnered in May, they`d get payed in the first week of July (30-40 days after the month`s end)
We get paid 67 days after the month`s end, as we have to wait for all payments to be processed :p[DOUBLEPOST=1369081884,1369081755][/DOUBLEPOST]
