Can I use letters instead of numbers? I'm close to uploading my first videos and my goals are not specific measurable in numbers.

Unfortunately no, the goals signatures are restricted to numbers and commas.

Like Michael said, you can't with the "goals addon" (the one that costs $25 YTtalk cash), but you can use letters (and numbers) in your "normal sig" if you want: http://yttalk.com/account/signature
