Yup. I use a Wacom Bamboo Fun pen & touch.

You can make a featured tab by going to your channel => channel settings => tabs
=> check the tickbox that says "Featured"
=> uncheck the tickbox that says "Always take subscribed users to the feed"

then you're done!
