It seems to me that the text on your background isn't standing out enough.
and the top annoys me a little bit, because you squished in the text vertically.

But other than that, it looks good!

Sorry, let me reword that =P

What I wanted to say is that you distorted the text by squishing it vertically and then putting it in the 22pxl space at the top.
It annoys me just a little, but other than that it's good =D
