Networks With Rights to Halo 4 Footage

The rules follows:

You may post your Item to a page or website that has advertising, but only if you do not earn any money from that advertising. For example, if you post your video on Youtube or Vimeo and there happens to be an advertisement next to it, then as long as you don't get paid for that advertisement, the fact that there is an advertisement on the page doesn't break these Rules. But enrolling in the Youtube partner program (or other similar programs), where you are entering into an agreement to get paid, is not allowed. On a similar note, if you create and distribute a free app, then you can't earn any money from advertising in that app.

There is one partnership program that will allow you posting Halo videos and gain money on it. That is of course Machinima.

Damn machinima! I think I'm going to just play halo for fun and record all the other games with commentary.

Anyone have any clue about older nintendo games? Like Mario kart 64 or super smash bros?

Have fun playing and commentating on what you please. I also did want to make Halo 4 videos but I don't feel like I wish to take that risk at this very moment. How ever, you should also steer away from any games made by ''SEGA'' as it will also result in consequances and videos being put down.

In my opinion this is really pathetic, but just check out this forum where someone gets a penality for SEGA gameplay. You may either have a good laugh or get totally annoyed by it.

Thanks for heads up! Wow,

I think RPM tweeted a while back that they have rights. I'll see if I can find the tweet.

Did they really? If you could find that I'd really appreciate it. I'd love to be a part of RPM instead of lifetime bound machinima.

Talking about your dogs lunch won't be allowed, you are allowed to comment over games if you are reviewing them, making parodys etc even with Halo 4, regardless of who you are partnered with

I don't think so, I think Microsoft made it pretty clear with that statement that no one can do any monetization of halo 4 :(

I couldn't find the announcement tweet, but I found a reply to someone asking about it. https://twitter.com/RPMNetwork/status/265535551862632448

Thanks you very much! I'll E-mail them.

Also, I was e-mailed back by Fullscreen and they said that they don't have any license agreements but they do have alot of partners that do a bunch of commentary of video games and whatnot.
