if they are the same.... i make the decision on the cpm they would give me?

so maybe. all of them would give me 1 years contract with 70/30 and (i dont know a average cpm) the one told me to give me a 2cpm, the other says 3. so i would choose him?

and what is if someone says i give you 70/30 3cpm and the other 60/40 4,5cpm, wich one is better? (i hope i describted it understandable^^)

Thats hard to say , when they estimate a cpm for you its not necessarily going to be that cpm. i've heard of some people being estimated 5 cpm's and only getting 2 cpm's, so you have to just look up the networks properly really and try make the best decision you can.
