Neophyte needs help

Ok this may be basic but I am new to this. I have looked high and low and cannot find out how to add those menu buttons in the video I see in other peoples videos. you know the button that says part 2 or lists other videos you have on your channel. I have also seen them for like buttons. I know I must be missing the obvious but I am good at that sometimes.

Hmmm, go figure I thought those were for adding text and titles. I will go investigate and with luck make some progress. Thanks for the help I am sure I will be back with more questions and forgive me if they seem silly but we all have to start someplace!

Wayne[DOUBLEPOST=1368665662,1368662852][/DOUBLEPOST]I knew I would be back just not so soon. I added the annotation clicked save and publish..............nothing. It does not show up in the video. I must be missing something, I gave it more than 10 min and tried again but no joy. Any thoughts on what I might be doing wrong?
