Please tell about a time when you said or did something either jokingly or completely innocently that really hurt someone else's feelings or caused them to be really sad and you felt horrible about it for a while, long after they forgot about it. If you haven't experienced that (I have, which I'd consider some of my worst moments), then tell about something that this idea reminded you of.
