Need Help with Premiere

I want to work with someone personally am also willing to pay a few bucks if someone can help me learn multicam a little bit better wont take that long I dont think I just cant figure it out
 
What do you mean by multicam? Having two camera's on one screen? All you need to do is apply a crop effect to both videos and position them so that they are side by side (you can do this by going into the motion tab of the effects controller and adjusting the X position of each layer.)
