Need help with monetizing/claiming

Ok, so i want to do a LP of Silent Hill 2. But I also have some questions. Will i be able to monetize/claim this? I am partnered with Fullscreen. Also, do i HAVE to cut out the cutscenes? I have seen other videos on this game that are monetized, and the have cutscenes. PLEASE HELP

A lot of them do. Valve for example have a video policy. Others require you to have a legal document to sign. Some don't allow monetization at all.

Wow I did not know that I just thought people were uploading vids and not monetizing them until they get signed with a network.
