Need Free Music for Your Videos?

Here's the portal where artists are doing their music and it can be downloaded legally for free... Just type "Newgrounds" in Google :) I can't link this portal here, because I've got limits here...

If you don't want to ask permission, you can use any royalty-free music. Royalty-free means that you're allowed to use the music in content that you intend on monetizing, under some contingencies. Normally, they require you to mention them somehow, whether it be in the credits of a video, in your description, or whatever, give them credit. One popular site with royalty-free music is:

one of the first places i check when i need free music for my videos is Incompetech, great site with lots of free music made by him!
