Need advice on how to gain a partnership.

So our channel's 100th video is coming up soon and we're trying our best to grow our channel and get noticed. But we'd also love to get partner with a network. Thats our dream, not to gain millions of subscribers, just to get a partnership. Thanks for reading

We upload daily and put a bit of editing into our video, but because of school we don't get much time to edit much. We're looking for some to make us a channel background to improve its look

How about not uploading daily and use more time to edit? I recommend you doing this instead.

My partnership was after 2 years, so it could take some time.

First of all you need to do some research Find out which network best meets your needs and preferences and their requirements, contract details, support quality etc. etc.
