My First "Third Party COntent matched"

So I uploaded a lets play of Fallout New Vegas. I don't have many subs, I don't monetize, and at the rate I'm going I won't be monetizing in a long time. However, the game had music in the background that was flagged. Should I just acknowledge this music and be done with it? Or dispute it?

I acknowledged music on one of my videos because I don't know anything about this stuff and I don't monetize and, eventually they took it down. IT took like a month for them to take it down but they did regardless. I'm not sure what disputing will do.

I think I'll acknowledge it and then just upload the rest of the videos in the series with the music off
